At The Mill, we are proud of the impact our Personal Development offer has on children’s confidence, skills, wellbeing, and engagement. Through Forest School, Room 13, Millers Radio, Bike Shed, NEST, music, and leadership roles, children develop social, emotional, practical, and leadership skills that prepare them for life in school and beyond.
